Indications!

There is so many ways a dog can indicate when they have found what they are looking for. 

Active - behaviour that demonstrates a determined effort to get to the scent (sometimes getting to the scent and doing a runner with it 😉)

Passive - sit, down, freeze etc

Sometimes the indication can be so subtle, sometimes it couldn’t be any clearer even if they pointed it out with a a huge arrow! The best thing for me, seeing the dogs personality’s come through in their indications.
